14. That a resolution authorizing the
Mayor and City Clerk to execute the
subdivision agreement be adopted.
15. That the use of utility easements in
gross over -lots 17; 18, 19 and 21 be
approved.
16. That the wording of the dedication
clause be revised to exclude the ex-
ception of airspace over the public
street areas.
17. That the owner or owners and,the City,
upon the approval of the City,Council
and recordation of the final tract
map, execute a written instrument or
instruments, approved as to form and

content by the City Attorney, providing
for the maintenance of the required
off - street parking for the duration of

The Planning Commission having been concerned

with the growing problem of „noise in and aroun
Orange County.Airport requested the,Planning.
Director to determine if the.Air Traffic
Advisory Committee would: be agreeable to a
joint meeting to.discuss mutual interests
relative to.the airport'.
2.
The Commission indicated to staff that they wi
h
the matter of amendments to the General Plan
element of ,Streets and Highways as they relate
to freeways to be placed on the January 4,196
study session agenda for discussion purposes..
Those members present at the meeting on Decem-
ber 7, 1967; although inclined to draft:a
Resolution indicating their concern over the
City.freeway program, postponed the matter
until a full Commission could be present.
On motion of Commissioner Clemence, seconded b
Commissioner Jakosky, and carried, the meeting
was adjourned until January 4, 1968 at 8:00
P.M. in the City Council Chambers.,
