Chairnan Parks called the r.:eatine to order

Discussion i ^ras had on eallin, the attention

Consultant Tilton's fee of A300.00 for
supervising the preparation of maps and the
Zoning Ordinance ba ne! to him, that his
travel, drafting and typing exienses„ estima4
ad at k200.00 be raid in additinn,, it being
understood that these coats arc in &edition b
to 'Itib _'agc:.lar fou, of x25.00 per m::ating.
It da:�ided to defer t'" i.a reconr^endation
until aftel. the adoption of the Ordinance by
the Council.
After consulline with 'Mr. Patterson, it was
deoided t .at ,.:r. Tilton kshould have tho fin;.,
map, in black and whits, prapared, the City
to furnish two copies of the basd nap. Upon
ino%iry by Kr. Parks the consultant stated
th -,t any .^hanger rude in th:: map or ordinance
b ytha Council must be first referred. back to
the Comr-AFF-_ion for an attested ralort„ after
which the Council might legally use. its owm
judges -ent on the ror.osad change.
On motion by Comnissioner Dennison, seconded
by fornissioner Eaum, and ragularly carried,
the Conn!ission raconnanded to the Council that

On notion of Commissioner Patterson, seconded
by Con :ussihner Baum anC. regularly carried, it
was decided, in view of the fact tha* there is
no-.,it a city Ordinance becominZ effective Janu-
ary 13 1536, prohibiting the operation of
games of ^hance ant skill, that the Planning
Conrission raco,^r nci to tY = "orx. ^il the
addition to the Zoninv Ordinance of the rohi�
ition of the C -1 and 3 -2 districts of games of
chance and skill, this being shown of our .

On motion by Conmi-,sioner Patterson, seconded
by Commissione- Dennison and regularly carried,
the Conni,,ssion d6cided to recommend to the
Council that uh allo,�iable a6gregata alectric
horsepower for li6ht aanufacturinE use in 0-2
Districts be increased from 2 Y.. P. to 5 i.P.
