Ocean Front and 909 - 911 -913 Bast Balboa Boulevard, Balboa, California are still in.effect or whether they should be revoked was open for public hearing. The Commission held that the preparation of building plans, financing, removal of existing buildings on the property, construction of a partial foundation and other items accomplished by the applicant constituted • establishment of use and recommended to the City Council that Use Permit No. 504 and Variance No. 530 be not revoked. Chairman Clemence appointed Commissioners Higbie, Rea Motion x and Copelin to work with the Assistant City Attorney to Second x draft findings for presentation to the City.Counci. All Ayes FINAL MAP Tract 4601 The final map of Tract 4601 consisting of 0.92 acres divided into 8 R -3 lots, located in the West Newport area, Newport Beach, California, was recommended to the City Council for approval, subject to the following conditions: Motion Second 1. Section 9254.13D Waive 20 foot minimum property line radius requirement at street inter- sections. Standard curb line radius in this area is 10 feet. C. Section 9254.14 Waive 60 foot minimum street right -of- way requirement and 40 foot minimum width pavement requirement. William Grundy, 120 via Waziers, Newport Beach, Calif., that the street name "Via Centro" on Lido Isle (Tract 90 7) be changed to Piazzo Lido.
