Minutes of the regular meeting on.November 15, 1962 and
adjourned meeting December 6, 1962 were approved on the
motion of Commissioner Copelin, seconded by Commissioner
Higbie, and carried.

Consideration to determine whether Use Permit No.. 504

FINAL MAP
Tract 4601
The final map of Tract 4601 consisting of 0.92 acres
divided into 8 R -3 lots, located in the West Newport
area, Newport Beach, California, was recommended to the
City Council for approval, subject to the following
conditions:

in this area is 10 feet.

Waive 60 foot minimum street right -of-
way requirement and 40 foot minimum
width pavement requirement. Standard
