AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH. ESTABLISH-
ING THE GRADES AND CURB
LINES ON CHANNEL PLACE
AND RIVER AVENUE, AND ON
CERTAIN PORTIONS OF 39TH.
STREET, 40TH, STREET, 41ST.
STREET, 42ND. STREET, 43RD.
STREET, 44TH. STREET AND
45TH- STREET WITHIN THE SAID
CITY.
The Board of Trustees of the City
of Newport Beach do ordain as fol-
lows:
SECTION ONE.
The official grade of River Avenue
from the northwesterly line of 38th.
Street to the southwesterly line of
Channel Place is hereby established
to conform to the following elevations,
to -wit:
Along the northeasterly curb line of
said River Avenue the grade shall be as
follows:

CERTAIN PORTION OF THE
- RHINE WITHIN SAID CITY.
WHEREAS. the Board of Trustees
of the City of Newport Beach on the!
20th day of October. 1919. at a regu-
lar meeting of the said Board of Trus-
tees held on that date. duly passed and
adopted a resolution. being Resolution I
No. 123. entitled. "A.Resolution of the
Board of Trustees of the City of New,I
port Beach declaring their intention
to vacate, close -up and abandon for
