line of B Street to the place of begin-
ning.
Section 3. The cost of the proposed
improvement is estimated to be $54,-
000.00, and there are no incidental ex-
penses connected therewith.
Section 4. The 2nd day of Febrnary
1925, is hereby fixed as the date upon
which an election will be called in
said district and neon said date an
election will be called and held there-
in for the pnrpose of snbmitting and
there will be snbmttted to the quali-
fied voters thereof the proposition of
inenrring indebtedness by the issn-
ante of bonds of said district to pay
the cost of the acgnisition of the pro.
posed improvement;
