The Board of Trustees of the
City of Newport Beach do ordain
as follows:
SECTION' 1.
Section 2 of Ordinance No. 85 is
hereby amended so as to read as
follows:
SECTION 2,
It shall be unlawful for any per -
son, firm or corporation conduct-
`ing any billiard or pool room to
allow the Same to remain open or
j:D transact the bus iness therein
'of 'permitting persons to play at
any5*l bf' billiard table therein
between the hour of 1 o'clock A. M.
nd the hour of 6 o'clock A. M. of
the same day.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall take effect'
