OF NEWPORT BEACH AMEND.

j The City Council of the City of
Newport Beach do ordain as fol-
lows:
Section 1. Section 21 of Ordin-
ance No. 361 of the City of Newport
(Beach is hereby amended to read
as follows:

house or apartment house, shall be
