ORDINANCE NO. 411
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT B E A C H
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
393 OF SAID CITY OF NEW-
PORT BEACH BY ELIMINAT•
ING FROM SAID ORDINANCE
SECTION 21 THEREOF.
The City.of Newport Beach, by
and through their City Council,
does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 393
of the City of Newport Beach is
tereby.amended by eliminating
theZefrom all of Section 21 there-
of, which section relates to the
rate of license for carrying on ' he
business of hotels, lodging houses
and apartment houses, and the
rate of license for keeping or
maintaining cottages for rent.
SECTION 2. This ordinance
shall be published once in NEW-
PORT NEWS, a newspaper of -
general circulation, printed, pub-
lished and circulated in the City
of Newport Beach, and shall take
effect and be in full force thirty
days after its passage.
I hereby certify that the fore-
going Ordinance was duly intro-
duced before the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach at a,
regular meeting thereof held oii'"
the 6th day of February, 1933, arid'
passed at a regular meeting of
said City Council held on the 3rd
day of April, 1933, by the follow-
ing vote:
AYES, Councilmen: Gordon,
Claire, Ellsworth, Garfield, Hilmer.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: None.
