ORDINANCE NO. 42
-AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH RED
PEALING ORDINANCE NO.
258 OF THE CITY OF NEW-
PORT BEACH.
The Citv of Newport Beach, b3 '
and through its City Council, does
'Ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 25 &,
bf the city of Newport Beach, be-
ing an ordinance of the city of
Newport Beach, regulating the
loading and unloading of perso ns
and express packages upon and
from automobile busses within the
city of Newport Beach, is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2. The above 04<1
foregoing ordinance shall be print-
ed and published once in Newport
.News, a newspaper of general eyr-
'cu'- ation, printed, published and
circulated in the city of Newport
Beach, and shall take effect and
be in force thirty days after its
final passage.
The above and foregoing Ordin-
ance was duly introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Coun-
cil of the city of Newport Beach,
.held on the 4th day of June, 190,
and passed at a regular meeting
of said City Council held on the
2nd day of July, 1934, by the fol-
lowing vote, to -wit:
A Y E S, Councilmen: Gordon,
Claire, Ellsworth, Garfield, Hilmer.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councumen: None.
The above and foregoing Ordip-
ance No. 422 having been duly
passed by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach this 2nd,
day of July, 1934, is hereby signed
and approved by me.
