The City of Newport Beach, by

does ordain as follows:
Section 1. ordinance No, 440
of the City of Newport Leach,

ness District Regulations.
(a) USES PERMITTED.

R -1, R -2 and R -3 districts;

eum products in excess of a total
of five thousand (5000) gallons

Section 2: This ordinance shall
be printed and published once in

printed, published and circulated
in the City of Newport Beach, and
shall take effect and be in force
thirty (30) days after its passage.
The above and foregoing ordi-
na;ice was introduced at an ad,
journed regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of New=
port Beach held on the Sth day of
October, 1936, and was finally
passed and adopted on the 15th
day of December, 1936, by the
City Council of the City of New-
port Beach at an adjourned regu-
lar meeting thereof, by the follow-
ing vote, to-wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: GOR-
DON, CLAIRE, WILLIAMSON.
NOES, COUNCILMEN: NONE.
