ORDINANOE NO. 512
The City of Newport Beach, by
and through its City Council, does
ordain as .follows:
SECTION 1. That Lots 11, 13,
15, 20, 22, 18, 17, 18, 19 and 21 in
Block 732, Corona Del Mar, as
shown by the district map at-
tached to Ordinance No. 440 of the
City of Newport Beach, and made
a thereof, be and they are hereby
re -zoned from an R -2 Zone to an
R -3 Zone.
SECTION 2. The City Engineer
of the City of Newport Beach is
hereby instructed and directed to
change the District Map so as to
show said property above described
in an R -3 Zone, and as said Dis-
trict Map shall have been so
amended, the same shall remain in
full force and effect and a part of
Ordinance No. 440 of the City of
Newport Beach and amendments
thereto.
SECTION 3. This ordinance
shall be published once in the
NEWPORT BAY OA PRESS, a
newspaper printed and published
and of general circulation in the
City of Newport Beach, and the
same shall be in force thirty days
after its passage.
The foregoing ordinance was In-
troduced at an adjourned regular
meeting of the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach held on the
21st day of April, 1942, and was
finally passed and adopted by said
City Council at an adjourns(!
regular meeting thereof held on
the 30th day of April, 1942, by the
following vote: '
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Gordon,
Allen, Isbell, Read, Hall.
NOES COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None.
