PAL CODE OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH, y
The City Council of the City (if
..Newport Beach does ordain as fol-
lows:
SECTION 1: Section 3298 of the
Municipal Code of the City, of
Newport Beach is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance
shall be publiished at least once
in the Newport - Balboa Press,. a
newspaper of general circulation,
printed and published in the City
of Newport Beach and shall be-
come effective thirty days after its
final passage.
The above and forgoing ordin-
ance was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, held on
the 13th day of November, 1950
and was finally passed and adopt-
ed on the 27th day of November,
19502 by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES, Councilmen: Finah,
Drake, Greeley, Blue, Isbell.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: None.
