Ordinance No. 672
AN ORDINANCE NAMING
CERTAIN STREETS
The City Council of the City of
Newport Beach does hereby ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1: That certain thoe,
oughfare running in a general
Northerly and Southerly direction
between Via Lido Nord and Via
Lido Soud, and lying between Via
Genoa on the West and Via Havre
and Strada Havre on the East, is
hereby designated as "Via Gra-
ziana' .
SECTION 2: That c e r t a i n
thoroughfare running in a general
Northerly and Southerly direction
between Via Lido Nord and Via
Lido Soud, and lying immediately
to the West of Via Genoa, is
hereby designated as "Via Fir-
enze".
SECTION 3: That certain
thoroughfare running in a general
Northerly and Southerly direction
from Via Lido Soud on the South
and running into Via Firenze on
the North, lying immediately East
of Via Florence, is hereby desig-
nated as "Via Fermo ".
SECTION 4: That certain thor-
oughfare running in a general
Easterly and Westerly direction
between 18th and 19th Streets
and lying between the alley North
of Balboa Boulevard and New-
port Bay, is hereby designated as
Bay Avenue ".
SECTION 5: This Ordinance
shall be published once in the
Newport Harbor Ensign, a news-
paper of general c i r c u l a t i o.n,
printed and published in the City
of Newport Beach, and the same
shall be in full force and effect
30 days after this passage.
The foregoing Ordinance was in-
troduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council, of the City of
Newport Beach, held on the 8th
day of September, 1952, and was
finally passed and adopted on the
22nd day of September, 1952, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Smith,
Finch, Isbell, Bennett, Miller
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None
NORMAN MILLER
