SECTION 7: That the City En- gineer of the City of Newport Beach is hereby instructed and directed to change or add to the above District Maps so as to show the zoning described in Sections 1 through 5 inclusive, hereof and he is also instructed and directed. to change or add to the above District Maps so as to show the setback changes described in Sec- tion 6 hereof, and as said District Maps have been so amended, the same shall be and remain in full force and effect and a part of Ordinance No. 635 of the City of Newport Beach and Section 9102.2 of the Municipal Code of the City of Newport Beach." SECTION 8: There is hereby added to the Municipal Code of the City of Newport Beach Section 9105.4 (G), to read as follows: "Section 9105.4 (g) Every building or portion thereof which! is designed or used for any dwell - � ing purpose in any C or M Dis- trict, shall comply with the re -: quirements of such appropriate, residential district as is determin- ed by the use to which such C or M District property is tieing put; provided, however, that when the entire ground floor of any such building is used for any commer- cial or manufacturing purpose, the yard provisions specified for such C or M District may be applied." SECTION 9: This Ordinance shall be published once in the Newport- Balboa Press, a news- paper of general circulation, print- ed and published in the City of Newport Beach, and the same shall be in full force and effect 30 days after this publication. The foregoing Ordinance was Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach, held on the 25th day of January, 1954, and was finally passed and adopted on the 8th day of February, 1954, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: COUNCILMEN: Smith, Isbell, Bennett, Miller.
