In Book 4718, page 190 of Official Records of said Orange County. as shown on District Map No. 27 referred to in Section 9102.2 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code and made a part of Arti- cle IX of said Code, be. and the same IR- hereby rezoned from an Unclassifhed District to an R -3 District and said Map No. 27 is hereby amended to show this zoning change. SECTION 3: The Planning Director of the City of Newport Beach is hereby instructed and directed to change District Map No. 27 so as to show the zoning changes described In Sections 1 and 2 hereof. and. as said Dis- trict Map shall have been so amended. the same shall remain in full force and effect and be a part of Article IX of the Newport Beach Municipal Code. SECTION 4: This ordinance shall be published once in the Newport Harbor News Press. a newspaper of general circula- tion, printed and published in the City of Newport Beach. and the same shall be effective 30 days after the date of its adop- tion. This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of New- port Beach held on the 14th day of December. 1959, and was adopted on the 28th day of De- cember. 1959. by the following vote, to wit: AYES, COUNC iMNN: King- sley, Atkinson, Higbie.
