the Newport Beach Municipal
Code is amended to read:
"SECTION 3102. Flrs'7one
No. Two. All that certain
real property situate in the
City and now or hereafter
designated in Article IX
(Planning and Zoning) of the
Newport Beach Municipal
Code ae I district, C -N dis-
trict, O -o district, C -1 dis-
trict, and C -2 district,
whether or not combined
with any, other district, is
hereby declaEed to consti-
tute Fire Zone No.

shall be inio9ged. once in the
Newport Herb or "News -Press, al
newspaper of general circulation,
printed and published in the City
of Newport Beach, and the same
shall be effective 30 days after
the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Newport
Beach held on the 28th day of
March, 1960, and was adopted on
the 11th day of April, 1960, by
the following vote, to wit:
