The matter of enlargement of comfort stations at Balboa was
discussed, and Trustee Conrad Richter introduced a proposed Ordinance
concerning the diversion of certain funds of 6iunicipal Improvement
District No. 1. The Ordinance was filed, read, considered and
designated Ordinance No. 206 and submitted to the City Attorney for
consideration.
Ordinance No. 206 was introduced on May 15, 1922; but
never had its second reading.
