ORDINANCE NO. 106Z
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF I&WPORT BEACH PLILVIMINU
PROPERTY AND AMENDING DISTRICT MAP NO. 14
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. The following described real property in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, to
The northwesterly 45 feet of hots 2, 3, and 4,
Block 14, Section 1, Balboa Island, as shown on
a map recorded in Book 50, page 6, of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County, California,

as shown on District Map No. 14 referred to in Section 9102.2 of th

Newport Beach Municipal Code and made a part of Article IX of said
13
Code, be, and the same is, hereby rezoned from an R -2 District to
14
an Rml District, and said Map No. 14 is hereby amended to show this
15
zoning change.

SECTION 2. The Planning Director of the City of Newport
17
Beach is hereby instructed and directed to change District Map No.
18
14 so as to show the zoning change described in Section 1 hereof,
19
and, as said District 14ap shall have been so amended, the same
20
shall remain in full force and effect and be a part of Article IX
21
of the Newport :Beach Municipal Code.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published once in the
23
official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be effective 30
24
days after the date of its adoption.
