AN ORDINANCE OF THE CI-
TY OF NEWPORT BEACH A-
MENDING SECTION 3299.7
OF THE NEWPORT BEACH
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO DECREASED SPEED LIMIT
The City Council of the City
of Newport Beach does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3299.7
of the Newport Beach Munici-
pal Code is amended to read:
"SECTION 3299.7. Decreas-
ed Speed Limit - 30 M. P. H.
The prima facie speed limit
on the following named streets .
orparts thereof shall be thirty
(30) miles per hour.
Irvine Avenue from Westclfff
Drive to Dover Drive.
West side of Dover Drive
from Westcliff Drive to Irvine
Avenue.
16thStreetfrom Irvine Ave-
nue to Dover Drive.
Bayside Drive from Carna-
tion Avenue to Marguerite Av-
enue."
SECTION 2. This ordinance
shall be published once in the
official newspaper of the City,
and the same shall be effective
30daysafter the date of its ad-
option.
This ordinance was introduced
at a regular meeting of the Ci-
ty Council of the City of New -
port Beach held on the 28th day
of January, 1963, and was ad-
opted on the 11th day of Feb-
ruary, 1963, by the following
vote, to wit:
