PROPERTY, ESTABLISHING SET-
T BACK LINES, AND AMENDING DIS-
TRICT MAPS NOS. 41 AND 43
The City Council of the City of New-
port Beach goes Ordain as folows:
SECTION 1. The following described
real Property In the City of Newport
Beach, County of Orange, State of Cali -
fornia, to wit:
Lots 1 through 85, Tract 4892, as
shown on a map recorded in Book 160
Pages 24 through 26, of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County,
California,
as shown on District Maps Nos. 41 and
43 referred to in Section 9102.2 of the
Newport Beach Municipal Code and made

the same is, hereby rezoned from an Un-
classified District to an R -1 -B District,
