HIS AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING CER- TAIN SECTIRf'��IONS, TO, ARTICLE ADDING CERTAIN 5S Dc OF THE NEWPORT BEACH MU- NICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PLAN- NING AND ZONING The City Council of the City of New - Port Beach does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Section 9103.34 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code is amended to read: "SECTION 9103.34. Building Height Limit: (a) For main buildings — maximum three (3) stories, but not exceeding thirty -five (35) feet. (b) For accessory buildings — maxi- mum fifteen (15) teat." SECTION 2. Section 9105.1 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code Is amended to read: "SECTION 9105.1. Uses: (a) No circus, carnival, amusement Park, tun zone, open air theatre, race track, Private recreation center, or other similar establishment, shall be established In any district unless and until a Use Permit Is first secured for the establishment, maintenance and operation of such use. (b) No dance hall, road house, night club, commercial club, or any estab. Ilshment where liquor is served, or commercial Place of amusement or recreation or any such Platt or any other Place where entertainers are 4grovided whether as social comran- ns or other Wise, shall be established in any district closer than two hundred (200) feet to the boundary of any dwelling district, unless a Use Per- mit * shall first have been secured for the o ll establishment, liishmt, en maintenance and (c) Accessary uses and buildings in any 'C' or 'M' District are permitted where such uses or buildings are inci- dental to and do not alter the charac. ter of the Premises In respect to their use for Purposes permitted in the dis- trict.
