The maps desig- nated DISTRICTING MAP CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH CALI- FORNIA, consisting of Maps Nos. 51 and 52, three copies of each of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby adopted by reference pursuant to Section 415 of the Charter and are made a part of Article IX of the Newport Beach Municipal Code in accordance with Section 9102.2 thereof. SECTION 12. The Planning Director of the City of Newport Beach is hereby instructed and directed to change District Maps Nos. 32 and 50 so as to show the zoning changes described in Sections 3 through 11 hereof and, as said District Maps shall have been so amended, the same shall remain in full force and effect and be a part of Article IX of the Newport Beach Municipal Code. SECTION 13. This ordinance shall be published once in the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be effective 30 days after the date of its adoption.
