ORDINANCE NO, 1154
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ADDING
SECTION 10311 TO THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO THE USE OF SKATEBOARDS ON PUBLIC PIERS
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does ordain
as follows:
SECTION to Section 10311 is added to the Newport Beach
Municipal Code to read:
"SECTION 10311 Skateboards, No person shall operate
or ride any skateboard nk any public pier,"
SECTION 20 This ordinance shall be published once in the
official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be effective 30
days after the date of its adoption,
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 28th day
of March 1966, and was adopted on the 11th day of
April , 1966, by the following vote, to wit:
