ORDINANCE NO. 1155
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH REPEALING
SECTIONS 4205, 42069 AND 4215 OF THE NEWPORT BEACH
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO DISORDERLY CONDUCT
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1, Section 4205 of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code entitled "Intoxication Upon Public Places" is repealed.
SECTION 2. Section 4206 of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code entitled "Intoxication on Private Premises" is repealed.
SECTION 3. Section 4215 of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code entitled "Ambulance Chasing" is repealed.
SECTION 4, This ordinance shall be published once in
the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be effec-
tive 30 days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 28th
• day of March , 1966, and was adopted on the llth day
of _ADril , 1966, by the following vote, to wit:

Gruber, Cook, Fo-E, t, Shelton
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None
