ORDINANCE NO. 6 9
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
ESTABLISHING SETBACK LINES.AND AMENDING
DISTRICT MAP NO. 30
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. District Map No. 30, referred to in
Section 20.06.030 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code and made
a part of Title 20 of said Code by reference, is amended and
building setback lines are hereby established for the herein-
after described real property in the City of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, as follows:
The building setback line for Parcel 2, as
shown on a map recorded in Book 3, Page 35
of Parcel Maps in the Office of the County
Recorder of the County of Orange shall be
a straight line located 20 feet from and
parallel to the Northerly property line of
Parcel 2 as shown upon said Map.
SECTION 2. The Planning Director of the City of
Newport Beach is hereby instructed and directed to change
District Map No. 30 so as to show the building setback line
established in Section 1 hereof, and, as said District Map
shall have been so amended, the same shall remain in force
and effect and be a part of Title 20 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published once
in the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be
effective 30 days after the date of its adoption,
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the
79 ¢4 day of cu I- , 1968, and was adopted on the to r4 day
of se' �e ,1968 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Shelton, Parsons, Marshall,
Rogers, Hirth, Gruber
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
