AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
REZONING PROPERTY AND AMENDING DISTRICT MAP
NO. 9
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The following described real property in
the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
to wit:
Lots 9, 10 and the westerly 15.5 feet of Lot 11; Block 20,
First Addition to Newport Beach, as recorded in Book 3,
Page 27 of Miscellaneous Maps, official records of the
office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange,
as shown on District Map No. 9, referred
of the Newport Beach Municipal Code, and
a part of Title 2'0 of said Code, is.here

of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the
