AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
REZONING PROPERTY AND AMENDING DISTRICT MAP
. NO. 11
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The following described real property in
the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
to wit:
Lots 5, 6 and 7, Block 11, Balboa Tract, as recorded in
Book 4, Page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, official records
of the office of the County Recorder of the County of
Orange,
as shown on District Map No. 11, referred to in Section 20.06.030
of the Newport Beach Municipal Code, and by such reference made a
part of Title 20 of said Code, is hereby rezoned from a C -1
District to an R -2 District, and said District Map No. 11 is here-
by amended to show this zoning change.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published once in
the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be effec-
tive 30 days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 24th
day of January , 1972 , and was adopted on the 14th day of
February 1972 , by the following vote, to wit:
