ORDINANCE NO. Il 4 16
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
REZONING PROPERTY AND AMENDING DISTRICT MAP
NO. 13
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The following described real property in
the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
to wit:
Lot 3, Block 7, Section 1, Balboa Island, as recorded in
Book 6, Page 30 of Miscellaneous Maps, official records
of the office of the County Recorder of the County of
Orange,
as shown on District Map. No. 13, referr
of the Newport Beach Municipal Code, and
part of Title 20 of said Code, is hereby

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published once in

This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 24th

of February 1972 , by the following vote, to wit:
