AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
AMENDING DISTRICT MAP NO. 12 TO DELETE THE
ESTABLISHED 10 FOOT FRONT YARD SETBACK FOR
LOT 21 ON "L" STREET, AND TO ESTABLISH 10
FOOT FRONT YARD SETBACKS FOR I0TS 21 AND 22
ON MIRAMAR DRIVE
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The following described real property
in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
California, to wit:
Lots 21 and 22, Block M, Tract 518, located
at 3000 Miramar Drive at the northeast cor-
ner of Miramar Drive and "L" Street on the
Balboa Peninsula, as recorded in Book 17,
pages 33 -36, of Miscellaneous Maps in the
office of the County Recorder of Orange
County,
as shown on District Map No. 12, referred to in Section 20.06.030
of the Newport Beach Municipal Code, and by such reference made
a part of Title 20 of said Code, is hereby amended to delete the
established 10 foot front yard setback for Lot 21 on "L" Street,
and to establish 10 foot front yard setbacks for Lots 21 and 22
on Miramar Drive.
SECTION 2. The Director of the Community Development
Department of the City of Newport Beach is hereby instructed and
directed to change District Map No. 12 so as to show the changes
described in Section 1 hereof, and, as said District Map shall
have been so amended, the same shall be in full force and effect
and be a part of Title 20 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published once
in the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be ef-
fective 30 days after the date of its adoption.

This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 12th
day of June , 1972, and was adopted on the 26th day
of June 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
