ORDINANCE NO. 14S4
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
REZONING PROPERTY AND AMENDING DISTRICTING
MAP NO. 11
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach DOES
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. The following described real property'
in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
California, to wit:
Lots 10 and 11, Block 2, Newport Bay Tract
located at 315 and 317 East Balboa Boulevard,
Newport Beach, as shown on the map recorded
in Book 4, Page 16, Miscellaneous Maps of the
office of the County Recorder of the County
of Orange,
as shown on Districting Map No. 11, referred to in Section
20.06.030 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code, and by such
reference made a part of Title 20 of said Code, is hereby
rezoned from a C -1 District to an R -2 District, and said
Districting Map No. 11 is hereby amended to show this zoning
change.
SECTION 2. The Director of the Community Development
Department of the City of Newport Beach is hereby instructed
and directed to change Districting Map No. 11 to show the zoning
changes as described in Section 1 hereof, and, as said Districting
Map shall have been so amended, the same shall be in full force
and effect and be a part of Title 20 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published once
in the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be
effective 30 days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 18th
day of December 1972, and was adopted on

the 22nd day of January 197'3, by the following
vote, to wit:
