ORDINANCE NO. 1630
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
ADDING SECTION 5.04.025 TO TITLE 5 OF THE
NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE, ENTITLED
"WAIVER"
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach DOES
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1, Section 5.04.025 is added to the Newport
Beach Municipal Code to read:
"5.04.025 Waiver. The City Council may in its
discretion in cases of hardship waive the requirements
of Section 5.04.020 of this Code."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published once
in the.official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be
effective 30 days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the
28th
day
of
July
1975,
and
was
adopted
on the
11th
day
of
August
1975,
by
the
following
vote,
to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: McInnis, Dostal,
Barrett, Kuehn, Rogers, Rvckoff, Store
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None
