AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
REZONING PROPERTY AND AMENDING DISTRICT-
ING MAP NO. 11 (806, 808, 810, 812 and 814
EAST OCEAN FRONT, 107 "A" STREET AND 815
EAST BALBOA)
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach DOES
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. The following described real property
in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
California, to wit:
Lots 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16, Block 12,
Balboa Tract Eastside Addition, commonly
known as 806, 808, 810, 812, and 814
East Ocean Front and 107 "A" Street and
Lot 8, Block 12, Balboa Tract Eastside
Addition, commonly known as 815 East
Balboa Boulevard .
as shown on Districting Map No. 11, referred to in Section
•
20.01.050 of
the Newport Beach Municipal
Code,
and by reference
made a part
of Title 20 of said Code, is
hereby
rezoned from
the C -1 District to the R -2 District, a five foot front yard
setback is established for each of said lots, and said District-
Map No. 11 is hereby amended to show this zoning.
SECTION 2. The Director of the Community Development
Department of the City of Newport Beach is hereby instructed and
directed to change Districting Map No. 11 to show the zoning
change described in Section 1 hereof, and as said Districting
Map shall have been .so amended, the same shall be in full force
and effect and be a part of Title 20 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be published once
in the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be
effective thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption.

This Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the
• 14th day of February , 1977, and was adopted on the
28th day of February , 1977, by the following vote,
to wit:
