SUBJECT: Security Plan for Rok & Roll Lounge
During the past several weeks, I have had the opportunity to observe the impact of the
new security plan implemented at the Rok & Roll Lounge, 4221 Dolphin Striker. I
personally met with Michael Boone, a representative of Brand - Paragon Protection, to
discuss the security plan. This meeting took place while the business was in operation.
I have spoken with several other supervisors and numerous officers who have conducted
patrol checks at this location. Access to the business is controlled and monitored. At
closing, the staff works to disperse the crowd in an orderly fashion. In my opinion,
security employees are adhering to the listed conditions of the plan and their actions have
been effective.
Respectfully submitted,
Sergeant James Rocker
