Condition 24: Prior to the final of building ..,......:.,, issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy, the applicant shall schedule an inspection by the Code and Water Quality Enforcement Division to confirm that all landscaping was installed in accordance with the approved plan. Condition 39: All signs shall conform to the provisions of Chapter 20.67 of the Municipal Code. No temporary "sandwich" signs or similar temporary signs shall be permitted, either on -site or off -site with the exception of temporary parking signs on the site during events at the hotel. Condition 46: Deliveries and refuse collection for the facility shall be prohibited between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 87:00 a.m., daily, unless otherwise approved by the Planning Director, and may require an amendment to this use permit. Condition 60: Respectfully request that Condition 60 be deleted because there is no existing fire road between the Main and Terrace Buildings. Condition 70 correctly reflects the location of the existing fire road. Condition 65: All new elevators shall be gurney accommodating in accordance with Chapter 30 of the California Building Code. Condition 67: Fire alarm systems in all new buildings shall be tied into the main panel in the existing Catalina Building. Condition 68: Smoke detectors shall be provided in all new buildings with sleeping areas and shall be powered through the fire alarm panel. Condition 70: A 29 15 -foot minimum fire access road shall be provided between the Lido and Catalina buildings. Condition 79: Final try parking and circulation plans shall be subject to further review by the City Traffic Engineer. Condition 81: The existing Street, Storm Drain, and Traffic Signal Easements along the Jamboree Road and Bayside Back Bay Drive frontage shall be maintained, unless otherwise approved by the Public Works Department. Condition 83: Respectfully request that Condition 83 be deleted because it is confusing. The project will be required to meet City standards, ordinances with regard to construction of the new facilities. Condition 84: All new water, and sewer, and stami dFaia faeilities constructed on -site to serve the development shall be privately owned and maintained, current public lines are exempt. Condition 87: Respectfully request clarification, the statement is confusing Condition 89: All on -site runoff shall he intercepted by on -site Ftiftegfetentien-water uali devices prior to discharge into public storm drain system. Condition 90: All on -site runoff not captured by on -site nmeffretentien water quality devices shall he treated by ' an approved method prior to discharge through curb drains onto Back Bay Drive. Direct connection of untreated runoff to existing underground storm drain pipes is not allowed. Condition 91: ADA compliant pedestrian paths shall be provided throughout the development to serve eaeh new buildings. Condition 92: All existing and new curb returns along Jamboree Road and Back Bay Drive frontages shall be constructed of resonst-nuisted-with ADA compliant curb access ramps.
