PROJECT SUMMARY
The applicant requests a Modification Permit to exceed the 3 -foot height limitation in the
front yard setback to allow for a vehicular -bridge driveway, for guard- railings associated
with the vehicular- bridge driveway, and for a solid wall located on the east property line.
DISCUSSION
This project was continued by the Planning Commission on June 19, 2008. Since then,
the project has been revised to include some additional landscaping and to show the
existing retaining walls on the adjacent property below (See Section A on Sheet A -6).
Staff will be ready to comment on the additional landscaping on the plans at the public
hearing.
The staff report written for the June 19, 2008 Planning Commission hearing is attached
which includes the previous plans (dated June 19, 2008) as an exhibit. The June 19,
2008 staff report will continue to serve as the staff report to the Planning Commission.
