Re: Proposed Newport Banning Ranch Study Sessions
The Planning Division is proposing that the Planning Commission conduct a series of study
sessions on the Newport Banning Ranch project. Three study sessions are anticipated, each
focusing on specific components of the project:
01/19/2012 Subdivision Design and Circulation
02/09/2012 Open Space, Parks, and Trails
02/23/2012 Land Use, Development Regulations, and Architectural Guidelines/
Environmental Analysis
Each study session would be conducted between 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. An additional hour
(6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.) will be needed at the February 23, 2012 study session for a presentation
on the findings of the Environmental Impact Report.
