ORDINANCE NO. 1785
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
ADDING SECTION 12.66.070 TO THE NEWPORT
BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE FOR APPLICA-
TION OF VEHICLE CODE TO PRIVATE STREETS IN
HARBOR VIEW KNOLL DEVELOPMENT
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach DOES
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 12.66.070 is added to the Newport
Beach Municipal Code to read:
"12.66.070 Application of Vehicle Code to Private
Roads in Harbor View Knoll Development. The provisions of
the California Vehicle Code shall apply to the following
private streets in the Harbor View Knoll residential
development in the City of Newport Beach:
Hillside Drive Hilltop Drive Hillview Drive."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published once in
the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be effective
thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 13th
day
of November
, 1978,
and
was
adopted
on the
27th
day
of November
1978,
by
the
following
vote,
to wit:
