ORDINANCE NO. 7819
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
ADDING SECTION 12.66.0%0 TO THE NEWPORT BEACH
MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE FOR APPLICATION OF
VEHICLE CODE TO PRIVATE STREETS IN THE HARBOR
RIDGE DEVELOPMENT
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach DOES
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 12.66.070 is added to the Newport
Beach Municipal Code to read:
"12.66.0$0 Application of Vehicle Code to Private
Roads in Harbor Ridge Development. The provisions of the
California Vehicle Code shall apply to the following private
streets in the Harbor Ridge residential development in the
City of Newport Beach:
Monaco
St. Tropez
Cherbourg
Harbor Ridge Drive
La Rochelle
Bordeaux
Toulon
Montpellier
Trafalgar
Yorkshire
Ridgeline Drive
Coventry
Wellington Court
Geneve
Napoli
Vienna
Salsburg
Lucerne
Crestwood Drive
San Sebastian
Narbonne."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published once
in the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be
effective thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 12t
day of August , 1979, and was adopted on the 28i-h
day of August , 1979, by the following vote, to wit:
