ORDINANCE NO. 83 -19
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING
PORTIONS OF DISTRICTING MAPS NO. 22 and 25 FROM THE
UNCLASSIFIED /MHP DISTRICT TO THE UNCLASSIFIED
(2178) /MHP DISTRICT (SEACLIFFE AND NEWPORT TERRACE
MOBILE HOME PARK SITES), AND THE REMAINING RESI-
DENTIALLY- DESIGNATED AREAS FROM THE UNCLASSIFIED
DISTRICT TO THE R -3 (2178) DISTRICT
(PLANNING COMMISSION AMENDMENT NO. 588)
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach DOES ORDAIN as
SECTION 1. The following described real property located in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California:
Lots No. 816, 915 and 916, First Addition to the Newport
Mesa Tract, as shown on the attached map - Exhibit "A ",
and generally known as the Seacliffe and Newport Terrace
Mobile Home Park Sites,
as shown on Districting Maps No. 22 and 25, referred to in Section 20.01.050
of the Newport Beach Municipal Code, and by such reference made a part of
49 said 20 of said Code is hereby amended to change the land use designation of
said property from the Unclassified /MHP District to the Unclassified
(2178) /MHP District;
SECTION 2. The following described real property located in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California:
Lots No. 815, 917, 918 and 919, and portions of
Lots No. 817, 818 and 819, First Addition to the
Newport Mesa Tract, as shown on the attached map -
Exhibit "A ", and generally known as the remaining
residentially- designated areas of the former County
Triangle,
as shown on Districting Maps No. 22 and 25, referred to in Section 20.01.050
of the Newport Beach Municipal Code, and by such reference made a part of
Title 20 of said Code, is hereby amended to change the land use designation of
said property from the Unclassified District to the R -3 (2178) District.
SECTION 3. The Planning Director of the City of Newport Beach is
hereby instructed and directed to change Districting Maps No. 22 and 25 to
reflect said changes as described in Sections 1 and 2 hereof, and as said
Districting Maps shall have been so amended, the same shall be in full force
and effect and be a part of Title 20 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be published once in the
official newspaper of the City and the same shall be effective thirty days
after the date of its adoption.
This Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach, held on the day of Mar. 28 , 1983, and
was adopted on the 11th day of April , 1983, by the following vote,
to wit:
