AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
AMENDING CHAPTER 2.04.020 OF THE NEWPORT
BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE ESTABLISHING THE TIME
FOR STUDY SESSION AS 2:00 P.M., EFFECTIVE
APRIL 14, 1986.
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach DOES
ORDAIN as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 2.04.020 is amended to read as
2.04.020 Time of Meetings. The City Council shall
hold its regular meetings on the second and fourth Mondays in
each month at the hour of seven - thirty p.m.
In addition to such regular meetings, the City Council
shall convene for the purpose of hearing reports from the staff
and reviewing, discussing and debating matters of interest to the
City at the hour of two p.m. on the second and fourth Mondays in
each month.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective
April 14, 1986.
This Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 10th day
of February, 1986, and was adopted on the 24th day of February
1986 by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCIL MEMBERS Agee, Cox,
Hart, Heather, Maurer, Plummer, Strauss
NOES, COUNCIL MEMBERS
ABSENT COUNCIL MEMBERS
