AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ADDING SECTION 12.66.081 TO THE
NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE FOR
APPLICATION OF VEHICLE CODE TO PRIVATE STREETS IN
THE POINT DEL MAR DEVELOPMENT.
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does hereby
ordain as follows:
Section 1: Section 12.66.081 is added to the Newport
Municipal Code to read as follows:
"Section 12.66.081.
The provisions of the California Vehicle
Code shall apply to the following
private streets in the Point Del Mar
residential development in the City of
Newport Beach:
Point Del Mar."
Section 2: The City Clerk shall cause the same to be
published once in the official newspaper within fifteen (15) days
after its adoption.
Section 3: This Ordinance was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on
the 10th day of October, 1988, and adopted on the 24th day of
October, 1988, by the following vote, to -wit:
