AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
ADDING SECTION 20.30.040 C.(5) TO THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL
CODE TO ESTABLISH BY RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL A FEE FOR
PROCESSING REQUESTS FOR OFF- STREET PARKING ON A SEPARATE LOT IN
"Z" COMBINING DISTRICTS.
0 The City Council of the City of Newport Beach DOES ORDAIN as
follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (5) is hereby added to Section 20.30.040
C. of the Newport Beach Municipal Code to read:
11(5) A fee as established by resolution of the City Council
is deposited with City for the administrative costs of processing
such requests for off - street parking on a separate lot."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published once in the
official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be effective thirty (30)
0 days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 23rd day of January,
1989, and was adopted on the 13th day of February, 1989, by the following
vote to wit:
AYES, COUNCIL MEMBERS TURNER, SANSONE,
PLUMMER, STRAUSS, HART, COX, WATT
NOES, COUNCIL MEMBERS NONE
