AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING SECTION 2.04.020 OF THE
NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO THE
TIME OF CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS.
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does hereby
ordain as follows:
Section 1: Section 2.04.020 of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
2.040.020. Time of Meetings.
The City Council shall hold its regular meetings on the
second and fourth Mondays in each month at the hour of seven p.m.
In addition to such regular meetings, the City Council
shall convene for the purpose of hearing reports from the staff
and reviewing, discussing and debating matters of interest to the
City at the hour of two p.m. on the second and fourth Mondays in
each month.
