THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH DELETING
SECTION 6.04.085 ENTITLED TRASH
COMPACTORS PERTAINING TO CHAPTER
6.04, GARBAGE, REFUSE AND CUTTINGS,
FROM THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL
CODE.
do The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does hereby
ordain as follows:

SECTION 1: Section 6.04.085 of the Newport Beach
Municipal code is hereby deleted.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on
the 9th day of April, 1990, and adopted on the 23rd day of
April , 1990, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEMBERS TURNER, WATT, SANSONE,
PLUMMER, HART, STRAUSS

NONE
