AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING A
PORTION OF DISTRICTING MAP NO. 9
TO DESIGNATE A FRONT YARD SETBACK OF TEN FEET
ON THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER
OF 15TH STREET AND WEST OCEAN FRONT
(PLANNING COMMISSION AMENDMENT NO. 720)
• The City Council of the City of Newport Beach DOES ORDAIN, as follows:
SECTION I. The following described real property in the City of Newport
Beach, County of Orange, State of California,

Lots 10 -13, Block 14, Tract No. 234 and a portion of an abandoned alley,
located at 100 -106 15th Street,
as shown on Districting Map No. 9, referred to in Section 20.01.050 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code, and by such reference made a part of Title 20 of said Code, is hereby
amended to designate a front yard setback of ten (10) feet adjacent to West Ocean Front
on said lots as referenced above.
SECTION II. The Planning Director of the City of Newport Beach is hereby
instructed and directed to change Districting Map No. 9 to show the change in the front
yard setback as described in Section I hereof, and as said Districting Map shall have been
so amended, the same shall be in full force and effect and be a part of Title 20 of the
Newport Beach Municipal Code.
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be published once in the official newspaper
of the City, and shall become effective thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption.
This Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Newport Beach, held on the 11th day of February , 1991, and adopted
on the 25th day of February , 1991, by the following vote, to wit:
