The Pita Pit is located adjacent to residential properties. Patrons who visit the restaurant often ingress and egress through the public alleyway between the restaurant and the residential properties. The noise level generated by the patrons is substantially reduced after the restaurants close at 11pm. We are requesting that the Planning Commission seriously consider the adverse effects such as the increased noise generated by pedestrian and vehicle traffic using the alleyway in our residential area late at night. Many of the residential bedrooms face the alleyway and in two cases, are approximately 20 feet from the rear exit of the restaurant. Noise has always been an issue. In addition, the discarding of trash in the middle of the night echo's down the alleyway. Pita Pit's late night patrons will most likely come from the after closing of the local bars and they are often loud, voice tress, inebriated, and exhibit inappropriate behavior. We stroggly oppose the granting of a Use Permit to extend the hours of operation on Thursday, Fridayand Saturday nights. Address Address you G 1v6ho4,se Ave .
