Approval of UP 2009 -014 (PC -3)
• Adopt Draft Resolution of Revised Project (PC -3)
• Waive 2 additional off - street parking spaces for
conversion of 2600 sq ft of retail space to medical use.
• Section 20.66.100 is still satisfied:
• Municipal parking facility is in front of building.
• Site is subjected to two or more uses and maximum parking
requirement is 84% (36/43) of parking pool capacity.
• Current parking demand for medical office and for whole
building is less than requirement in Section 20.66.030
■ Long term increase in parking demand for medical use is
anticipated by code requirements, and available parking is more
than code requirements.
