They were appointed by the City Council by majority vote for 4- year terms. At the table in front are City staff members who are here to advise the Commission during the meeting. They are: PATRICIA TEMPLE, Planning Director DEBBIE LEKTORICH, City Manager Secretary SHARON Z. WOOD, Assistant City Manager RICH EDMONSTON, Transportation & Development Services Manager ELWOOD TESCHER, Consultant, AARON C. HARP, Assistant City Attorney EIP Associates It is the intention of the City of Newport Beach to comply with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) in all respects. ACTION: Discuss and recommend potential changes to the draft Historical Resources element. ITEM NO. 2 SUMMARY: General Plan Update - Review draft goals and policies for the Arts and Cultural Resources element. ACTION: Discuss and recommend potential changes to the draft Arts and Cultural Resources element. ITEM NO. 3 SUMMARY: General Plan Update - Review draft goals and policies for the Public Safety element. ACTION: Discuss and recommend potential changes to the draft Public Safety element.
