PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT A SPECIAL MEETING of the Planning Commission of the City of Newport Beach has
been called for and will be held on Wednesday, the 3rd day of November, 2004, at the hour of 9:30 a.m., with
assembly of the Planning Commission in the City Council parking area at Newport Beach City Hall.
The business to be transacted at said meeting is as follows:
1. Tour of Newport Banning Ranch property.
