SUMMARY: Substantial conformance review related to reorientation of the garages.
RECOMMENDED:
ACTION: Determine that the revised site plan and floor plans are in substantial
conformance with the previously approved project.
Discussion
This item was continued from the last meeting at the request of the applicant as there was no
consensus of the Commission as to what action to take on the request. No new information has
been received and no changes to the project have been proposed by the applicant since the last
meeting. Staff recommends that the Commission find the revised project in substantial
conformance to the project approved on January 3, 2002.
